It means “big boy” or “the big boys” in French.
(in the way a boy becomes older, not fat ^^)
It's a playful way to say that one has become older now (more responsable).
And it's French so it gives classy vibes.
It's also a play on words because it could be talking about the person wearing it (he's a big boy)
or what's down under (if you know what I mean ^^) -
