We favor the idea that the Logo could be based on the company's name but welcome any creative and innovative idea.

The color is great, but the whole feeling of the picture still lacks the human feeling. As it is, we feel it to be too metalic and industrial and the drawing is too big for the text.
Regarding the text, we'd like to see 'SoREHDE' with a lower case 'o'.
Lastly, could you also make a proposition with the drawing in place of the 'o' in 'SoREHDE'. -

Now that the font is slimer, the logo still feels powerfull, but is a bit overwhelming. Since it is for HR management, it has to convey a human feeling as well.
As for the colors, brown won't do. We are looking for brighter, warmer colors.
Regarding the text, for now we'd like to make small adjusments:
- lower case 'o'
- replace the baseline by the french one (Epanouissement des hommes et développement des entreprises) -
