crossfit brielle is a box of ca500m2 which spatial, tight and slightly industrial interior. Within this, small group trainings are given where different sports are intertwined include: gymnastics and weightlifting , the focus is on the aspects : power, agility, speed and precision

ik vind het spartan thema aardig in de richting. Alleen het torso is mij wat te veel. Wellicht alleen het hoofd of de helm met sterke lijnen ?
