     Here is a new proposal:
     "G" reflected (left side)and "M" (right side). An open window like figure. And silver light comes in.
     Could be a semi-sphere as well. Or just a slice...

  1. Description by designer refrain:

     The logo consists of a stylized centurion helmet (partially reflected) which forms a letter "G" (for Goldberg) and at a same time a letter "M" (for management), 90 degree rotated. It also incorporates a shape of an eye which stands for "a good eye for business".
