not too much red, more towards green or blue.
I have come To the conclusion that i want a central element (the human) which connects two others that represent the soft (culture) and the hard (processes) sie of a company.

Anbei meine Idee für Ihr Logo, ich habe nicht zwingend den "Mensch" im Logo verwendet, sondern ein Symbol der "Verbundenheit" / Konnektivität welches auch idealerweise das Schicker "S" enthält.
