     This is how it looks like when I make arm in mirror image..

     I hope you understand. It's really very simple. The little person has his righthand pointed downwards now but when you turn his arm around his hand will be pointed upwards en his leg will be pointed to the left.

     here design of stationary design.
     I am not really sure what are you mean in your previous comment...but I think it'll lost this dynamic if I turn around the arm...
