Company description:
IdentiCy is a consultancy company focussing on helping companies in their transformation. The word IdentiCy stands for Identity and Authenticity and refers to the fact that we coach on 2 parallel levels: Individuals (I) to become better and authentic leaders, and Companies (C) to transform their corporate identity.
We would like the design of our logo and housestyle to be professional, but we embrace colour, as it represents our open mind, cultural diversity and individuality. Attached is an example of a birth announcement, which we really like and gives a good sample of what we find “professional but colorful”. But, hé: don’t let your creativity be limited by this!

Description by designer Design-g:
Hello,
I did this logo for you.
It's a pencil and circle of colors with the "I" and "C".
The I is combined with the pencil to represent authenticity, the C is combined with a circle of colors to represents the transformation and open mind.
Kinds regards,

IdentiCy says :
Thank you Design-g for participating. I like that you gave it some thought to make it a unity, which is very important. Apologies, but I don't see the connection between a pencil and authenticity. When i saw the logo, i thought it was for a lawyer or notary public, due to the pencil and the style used. I don't "feel it" as matching what i am after. In the world of HR, colors shaped like this in a circle with quadrants, remind me of Insights colour coding. And, i don't want to create confusion with that.
