I would like to see the design applied to e. g. stationery (e. g. quotation, conditions and invoice), (digital) business card and e-mail newsletter (a heading will suffice)
INC is derived from my first name Ingrid (I am often called Inkie) and from incorporate. Brand Development is the field I am working in. I am a brand strategist with a demonstrated history of working in the service industrie. My experience includes a.o. brand(re)positioning, employer branding, brandportfolio strategy, purpose development, internal branding and sponsorpartnership development.
Who will surprise me with an amazing design?
Attached examples of black and white logos that I find appealing.

I agree, first version is more balanced.
I made myself the Font for the logo, for the rest of documents it is "comfortaa" ( very similar to the logo ) and NSJames ( linear and classy simple font ) -

Hello @I.Nagtzaam, here is my design with very minimalist font composition ( and symbolic ink droplet )
Shapes are smooth and soft to emphasis the feminine and creative aspect.
