It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

Be ready to try to create the poster of a music festival gattering lots of different DJ's!

That poster has to attract the attention a lot, to be "in" and elegant, and to be very clear and legible. It has to be possible to display on along the roads !


There is not any specific visual guidelines but some informations has to be pointed out: the name of the event, the place, the DJs' names,.... Have a look at the file attached!

That poster should be created on the papeer size A1. But it will also be printed on A3 and A5 size !

We are a NPO (non-profit organisation) gattering mainly an entire village. Our comitee has been organising those kinds of events and parties for 8 years.

Hello Mark,
Thank you again for your sample. Honestly, we did prefer the first sample... That one does not look like one homogenous poster ! The bottom and the up does not fit together.
But the idea of colorful circles a bit everywhere are very nice ! :D
We honestly did like very much the general atmosphere and style of the first sample ... but it was just a bit too "dark". We know it is hard, but why not keeping that general idea with "colors".
All the informations are writing as a lit "too fixed". It is too much on the same way of writing ... Not attractive to read we think.
The most important DJ is as you understood "noisecontrollers" (and you forgot it completely in the second sample !!). Then come "Pedroh - Teka B- Jumpkiller". The others DJs are less important and do not need to be that big. "Hosted by mc cortez" is even less important ... It has to be written somewhere, but surely not on that big.

Hello Mark,
Thanks for that first sample ! It is not bad but we would like something more bright and colorful !
Why did you point out in orange "hosted by Mc Cortez". We think that it should not be that big ! If you need another piece of informations to point out to get the symetry in colors ... maybe use "PEDROH-TEKA B - JUMPKILLER" (who are famous DJs coming at the event)
Would it be possible that the price and the schedule (DOORS-ENTRANCE) do not come at the top of the poster?
Could you add a bit of movement? With picture or police distortion maybe?
But thanks again for your first proposal. The general idea is not bad at all !
