DIXIADES YAOUNDE 2014 LOGO COMPETITION

For designers : We want a logo to represent Yaounde, but Yaounde within the country (the competition will oppose several Cameron cities -so you don't have to use the colors of the contry !!). Yaounde has no proper flag so no official colors to use.
But the logo needs to represent Yaounde, knowing that this city is the political capital of Cameron. You can see some pics of the city here http://goo.gl/OXXILP that can give you inspiration.

The logo of Rio 2016 can be taken as an inspiration : no Brasil colors, for instance, tends to show the plurality of the cultures mixing blue orange and green people, whoever they can be.

Bonjour, voici ma proposition pour le logo des Dixiades de yaoundé. Le monument de la réunification est un élément fort. Situé en plein cœur du quartier Ngoa-ekelle à Yaoundé, je l'ai utilisé comme base pour soutenir le flambeau olympique que j'ai créé. Je lui ai attribué les couleur des anneaux Olympiques. La typographie est dynamique sans y ajouter trop d'effet car il s'agit d'un logo. Et bien sur les flammes illustrées dans un style cartoon/manga.Dans ma dernière version j'y est juste ajouté les anneaux olympiques, je crois que je ne peux plus charger le fichier sur le site car le concours est terminé..
