It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

Agilists is a company that helps software and system design companies implement new ways of organization and ways of working that help them to be more compatitave in the business and increase there ROI. The agile approach is a big break compared to current practices. There is eager to get it implemented but also reluctance to let go of known practices. The outcome of the transisition to agile will be passionate employees and delighted customers. The sub line for 'Agilists' is 'Go forward'. Indicating it's THE way to go if one wants to pick up speed now and in the future on product design and delivery. NOTE: A CHANGE IN THE SUB LINE. THE IDEA IS NOW TO USE THE SUB LINE "Power IT up".

Targeted audience are both business and technically oriented people. Some are already fully warmed up for the concept and others need some persuading.

So the logo must challenge the audience to change, give a comfortable feeling that change isn't scary, give an outlook for better ROI. It must also show the audience that this is the next natural step. Target companies are looking for better ways, may be struggling with keeping employees.

Colors, favourites and other requirements

Suggestion for a logo emblem maybe an artisticly drawn unicorn or a cheetah or jaguar. Think also of the definition of nimble: quick and light in movement; moving with ease; agile; active; rapid
and agility: the power of moving quickly and easily

Colors and font forms must display something new and desirable.

Same story like the previous solution but this time with the whole word of a company. Letter A symbolically going forward encouraging other letters to do the same. Two colors but works as one also.
And also a correct sub line.

So here's what I had on mind...
I wanted to capture that decisive walk forward on a drawing. Also the idea was to incorporate it to the letter A. Smart look, business dress code, also it has to shine energy and encouragement. All that through a letter A.
Works fine with all backgrounds. Fonts can be changed. I hope you like my idea.
