Hello Anne,
I started with the number 9 because a woman carries her baby 9 months. When I put to 9's together, one flipped like they are looking at eachother, you get to smiling nines. I've put one small circle between the smiles that refers to the baby and one bigger circle above the nines to represent you, the midwife.
The only thing I'm not sure about are the colours but if you like my idea I will present it to you in any colour you prefer.
