This realtor is part of the marketing cluster Amsterdam houses, the logo is currently in contest as well.

Design a sleek, fresh, trendy logo in which you can find Amsterdam and ‘t Gooi An area in the centre of Holland.
There may be a direct link with the new logo of Amsterdam houses. We want to use the logo for our external communication too. The logo with all of the rights and the exclusive rights to this logo is what we buy from you.
For us it is important that home buyers and home sellers will recognize this logo as THE realtor for Amsterdam and ' t Gooi.

Leuk logo, ik zou alleen liever een Goois huis zien dan een boom. Goois karakteristiek is brede overstek met evt een rieten kap of iets dergelijks.
