It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

For our new product, Gezongen Telegram, or Sung Telegram, we are looking for a logo. The Sung Telegram is the modern version of the singing telegram: the 'postman' (or whatever) that comes to the jubilee and sings a song in person. A Sung Telegram is basically a video of a character (currently there are three, but in the future there will be more), custom made lyrics sung to the music of a familiar song. We film this against a green screen background and make it into a fun little movie. The end result we put on a USB stick and send it to the receiver, accompanied by a telegram-like letter. The letter also contains a link to a YouTube URL, where we also place the movie, privately to the receiver.

The logo and branding are used on the website, on the telegram and all other manifestations of Sung Telegram.

Key words for the branding: fun, reliable, stylish, joy, quality.

Company description

Sung Telegram is an alternative to virtual postcards, greeting cakes and other products used for anniversary, birthday or other festive occasions. We produce personalized messages we may or may not offer anonymously to the recipient, depending on the wishes of the client.

Target group

Individual Dutch and Flemish people aged 35 to 55 years, with an internet connection, worldwide.

Colors, favourites and other requirements

We do not want a multicolored logo where the letters are concerned. The background of the letters may be a festive impression. We would like a reference to the old-fashioned postman, the telegram and / or nostalgia. the logo must also radiate that a modern version of those things, that it is filmed, being sung and what a surprise and a party it is for the recipient.

Mooie eerste opzet, maar ik mis de moderne component een beetje: de tegenstelling tussen en de samensmelting van nieuwe en oude media mag er duidelijker in verwerkt zijn wat ons betreft. Uit dat symbool moet blijken wat Gezongen Telegram is. Wellicht dat er iets te bedenken is met de G-sleutel uit de muziek?

Ik hoop dat jullie iets met deze feedback kunnen? Van de verschillende inzendingen is deze wel verreweg de beste, maar nog niet wat we zoeken.
