It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

UPDATE: SECOND MOODBOARD ADDED - 28.04.2017

* A logo with a chic and luxurious touch, at the same time contemporary, youthful and modern (trendy).

* Urban chique, is the best way to descibe us.

* We want a logo without old fashioned shapes (such as a roof or a house).

* We would like a symbol so we can use it separately.

* Do not look at our current website, it's all outdated!

Company description

Realta is a rental agency. We rent and manage apartments in larger cities of the Netherlands.

*Do not look at our current website, it's all outdated!
*Firstly we want a logo. Subsequently there is more work, such as: identiy, social media covers, posters, etc.

Target group

Our target groups are expats, young professionals, homeowners and real estate investors.
The properties we let are nicely renovated and located in the nice and trendy parts of the city.

Colors, favourites and other requirements

* We also would like to have a slogan. Come with a nice suggestion!

En nog een ontwerp, wat een iets andere stijl laat zien. kleuren kunnen aangepast worden. is er een voorkeur voor kleur?

Kan je nog even naar de moodboards kijken?

De letters zijn best mooi. Alleen het symbool vinden we minder mooi. Het symbool is ook niet echt een geheel met de tekst en iets minder herkenbaar.
We zien graag weer een bijdrage van je.

Hoi Jordy, idee is leuk, alleen jammer dat het lijkt alsof er een happy uit de R is genomen. Misschien kan je hier wat aan doen? Evt. nog een paar voorbeelden uitwerken, want qua style zit je wel warm.
