It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

UPDATE: SECOND MOODBOARD ADDED - 28.04.2017

* A logo with a chic and luxurious touch, at the same time contemporary, youthful and modern (trendy).

* Urban chique, is the best way to descibe us.

* We want a logo without old fashioned shapes (such as a roof or a house).

* We would like a symbol so we can use it separately.

* Do not look at our current website, it's all outdated!

Company description

Realta is a rental agency. We rent and manage apartments in larger cities of the Netherlands.

*Do not look at our current website, it's all outdated!
*Firstly we want a logo. Subsequently there is more work, such as: identiy, social media covers, posters, etc.

Target group

Our target groups are expats, young professionals, homeowners and real estate investors.
The properties we let are nicely renovated and located in the nice and trendy parts of the city.

Colors, favourites and other requirements

* We also would like to have a slogan. Come with a nice suggestion!

Hi Dagmar, both logos are not bad. We don't directly see a 'link' between the symbol and the logo. Your style is warm to what we like, perhaps you can try with another font and another symbol. A symbol that when you see it, that you can directly make the link with the logo! Also use some more spacing between the letters.
