A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

We are looking for a logo for our company. We help/coach companies to work without bosses or managers. We call this 'roldenken' (in English: role thinking)

We are looking for a logo with the word 'roldenken.nl'.

For inspiration, below are some things that belong to 'roldenken':

- People work in flexible roles instead of fixed positions.
- People are leaders of their own roles.
- People can energize multiple roles and also continuously adjust them by making proposals. You may also give back roles and take on new roles.
- This allows you to develop a way of working in which people can develop to their full potential and stand in their own power.
- It is a mission-driven way of working: not a manager, but the mission is the boss.
- Everyone can turn opportunities, ideas or frustrations into an action; we call these opportunities 'tensions'. We see these so-called tensions as fuel to make the organization better.
- Everyone in the organization can make proposals to adjust the organizational structure.
- Keywords: autonomy, equality, organizing for the future, innovation, creativity, purpose-driven.

Bedankt voor je feedback. Ik heb een nieuw logo bedacht, minder statisch en kleurrijker. Ik hoop dat dit de goede richting is. ps: op het visitekaartje laat ik zien dat het logo-element ook prima los te gebruiken is.

Dank voor de beoordeling. Als ik zie wat hoger beoordeelt wordt dan denk ik dat je/jullie heel erg kijken naar het proces maar niet hoe dat over komt bij de toekomstige deelnemer(s). Als ik zo'n ingewikkeld plaatje of een bliksemschicht zie dan denk ik: veel te ingewikkeld, daar begin ik niet aan of iets met elektriciens. Juist omdat het zo'n complex proces is zou je dat moeten versimpelen zodat het toegankelijk wordt. Mijn bescheiden mening. Heel veel succes in ieder geval gewenst.

Hi Ted, dankjewel voor je ontwerp! Ik zie de creativiteit erin, dankjewel. Het is alleen nog niet passend bij wat we willen uitstralen. Het geheel is nu nog vrij statisch. Ik zou graag een kleurrijk logo willen. Als het een beeldmerk wordt met rollen/ cirkels erin dan zou ik graag iets willen wat de flexibiliteit van bijlage 1 uitstraalt. Maar mijn gedachten zijn zelf ook nog even aan het ratelen. Weet niet of je hier iets mee kunt (of wil) dus voel je uiteraard vrij om er al dan niet iets mee te doen :-)
