Hi,
As you see, my suggestion for the name is NATURA (Latin), which describes everything that you specify: nature, eco, the work that you do ...
The original colors are little darker (eg, inner, lighter blue color of a drop is darker, something like a blue shadow of a drop, and shadow is again slightly darker in color then You could see here) so that the letter N is much more noticeable.
