A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

I just started my company in Lifestyle, Newborn, Kids photography. The name of my company is 'Melissa Suzanne Fotografie'. The time has come get serious and start my own identity! I'm looking for someone who wants to design a suitable logo and corporate identity (business card, corporate identity elements for website, watermark) that suits me.

A modern housestyle that I can use if I want to expand my communicationpossibilities; a flyer (boomerang)cards or facebook page etc.

Who is up for the challenge and designs a logo and corporate identity with a WOW effect?

Company description

I have been working in marketing for years now and my passion for photography is becoming more and more important for me. In 2012 I started at the Fotovakschool. Since I completed that in early 2014, photography has become a very important part of my life. Now, 2015, I want to mainly focus on newborn, child and lifestyle photography(various forms of portrait photography) I shoot with natural light both on location and in the studio at home.
My strength lies in; have an eye for detail, have endless patience and react to situations.

Target group

Primary Audience: Parents, especially the mother.
Secondary target groups: Obstetric practice for new born shoots, nursery (through friends who work there) Perhaps grandfather / grandmother / aunt who want to shoot a gift? Family, couples. But for lifestyle photography maybe small business owners, couples who want to make a serie of photo's.

Colors, favourites and other requirements

I do not like many websites, there are a few that I find very cool in design. See below. In this line I like to see my house style and logo.

Handwritten Fonts appeal to me. It would be nice if the logo of max 2 colors exists. So I can also use the duotone on a dark background eg.
Color Palette I find very difficult. I like quiet shades of teal, preferably not pink.

Hoi Melissa,

Hierbij heb ik 2 logo's gemaakt. Ik hou van simpel en krachtig ontwerpen en daarbij ook less is more. Niet te veel poespas zodat alle aandacht naar je naam toegaat.

Ik hoor graag wat je hiervan vind!

Hai Eline, Dank je wel voor je ontwerp! Dit ontwerp lijkt inderdaad op e.a.a. dat ik eerder heb ontvangen. Ik hou zelf ook van een rustig beeld maar zoek wel naar iets wat het bijzonder maakt. Check m'n moodboard op pinterest voor mee inspiratie. Dan zijn echt ontwerpen die eruit springen voor mij. Allemaal met veer/veren maar allemaal net wat anders. Kan je daar iets mee? groetjes
