A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

We are looking for a logo and corporate identity to give the visitors of start-upstory.nl a ‘wow’-effect. This logo and corporate identity will be used on our business cards, website, writing paper and E-mails.

For the logo and corporate identity, we have the following wishes:
• A professional look
• Powerful and authentic
• Dark colours, but not overall dark
• Modern
• Abstract shapes may be used

Startup-story.nl is an online platform where knowledge of new entrepreneurs (startups) is shared in the form of interviews. In these interviews it’s not about the result, but about their personal journey towards the result. Startup Story wants to inform, inspire and motivate other (new) entrepreneurs with these personal stories.

Dear Noitulove,
Thank you for your entry! Hereby our feedback regarding your design. We feel that the emphasis lies too much on the blue shape + the 'up' text. We would like to have a logo that focusses more on our companyname in total. Therefore this logo unfortunately doesn't suit us.

This logo is in our opinion much better than your other entry. We like that the emphasis is on our company name. We think that the logo can be improved with more proffesional (dark) colours and maybe with a abstract shape to make it more creative. We would also like to receive a corparate identity design from you, which will be used on our tenders, business cards and letters.
