A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

We are looking for a logo and corporate identity to give the visitors of start-upstory.nl a ‘wow’-effect. This logo and corporate identity will be used on our business cards, website, writing paper and E-mails.

For the logo and corporate identity, we have the following wishes:
• A professional look
• Powerful and authentic
• Dark colours, but not overall dark
• Modern
• Abstract shapes may be used

Company description

Startup-story.nl is an online platform where knowledge of new entrepreneurs (startups) is shared in the form of interviews. In these interviews it’s not about the result, but about their personal journey towards the result. Startup Story wants to inform, inspire and motivate other (new) entrepreneurs with these personal stories.

Dear Zeta,

Thank you for your entry! Hereby our feedback on your designs:
1. In our opinion the designs are a little bit plain. We would like to see something more creative and outstanding, that will give our visitors a 'wow'-effect. For example: You can add some (abstract) shapes that fits our company, like the subject: entrepreneurship (startups), online platform (sharing knowledge) and intervies (personal stories).
2. We are not a big fan of bright colours and the color 'orange'. So for your new designs, we would like to see dark professional colours. Like: dark red, burgandy, dark green etc.
3. The designs you send in, are only designs for a logo. We would like to receive designs for our corporate identity, which will be used on our tenders, business cards and letters.
