Needs

I am starting a professional services business, delivering teaching, coaching and facilitating to entrepreneurial companies. The model I am using is EOS.

EOS® staat voor het Entrepreneurial Operating System® ontwikkeld door Gino Wickman. EOS® is een set van tijdloze bedrijfsprincipes en praktische tools die ondernemers helpen het maximale uit hun bedrijf te halen.

Door deze eenvoudige manier van werken te beheersen, bereiken leiderschapsteams van op groei gerichte bedrijven meer omzet, groei en winst, terwijl ze een betere balans tussen werk en privé bieden.
