A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Design a new logo for “Dukes of Data”. We do need a complete corporate design portfolio.

The logo will be used mainly in an online environment.

Company description

The Dukes of Data are a group of highly experienced IT pros in regards of processing data to gain insights and reports. Located in Vienna, Austria we operate worldwide with our platform for esports players to take their next steps in becoming a pro gamer.

We are dukes of data, no the kings or queens - we don’t own the data we work with. We help data owners to get insights and analytics they won’t have so far.

The abbreviation DoD also means “definition of done” in IT context. We are committed to finish the projects we start. We are committed to enable our customers to go ahead along without any further help.

Target group

For our online platform we highly address gamers:
* 80% male
* Age 16-30
* Highly interested in technology

For our consulting service we talk about:
* Companies with data warehouse technologies
* Managers, relying on reporting
* Analysts, who need consulting to gain new insights

Colors, favourites and other requirements

A combination of heraldic armor and high tech symbols would be great, no specific colors preferred,

This one is an improvement. It is getting better! Like it. It is not there, as we are missing the outstanding element, which drives a message, but it is the best entry for us so far.

Hi Imranpro,

thanks for another submission.

Thankfully, you took our feedback and get away from the crown idea.
This one is much better in terms of simplicity and slicknes. But... you took another massive challenge. You want the D to work as a logo - something a lot of others tried so far in this contest. Have a look.

It is so hard, to get an idea for an outstanding D logo, sadly this one is not.

The double D is not simple, especially with the squares, which are floting away.

But again, thanks a lot for coming up with this one.

This one is much better, than the crown.
The D is nice but there are several points, that does not appeal to us:
The D and the font contains shades/gradients
The circle at the button does not help the logo to stand out nor does it have any meaning.
The squares do give a fresh look, but they dissappear next to the strong colors.

Your font is great and would work as it is slick and slim. Unfortunately the logo with the crown is not working. It is too complex and we are no kings :=)
