I am not sure of what style and color you prefer so let’s start with this concept. This is a house where we can see someone with a heart over his head. This remind me the occupational therapy at home.

Thank you for your post. The name of our company is 'ergotherapie bij u thuis'(duthc). Further on, we prefer more kind colors like blue. Maybe it's possible to put the house next to the logo?
