A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

Earning Stripes coaches managers and teams in their development towards honest and inspiring leadership. The concept of Earning Stripes has been developed in South-Africa while we witnessed a zebra protecting his harem against a predator. The name Earning Stripes also refers to the saying of Earning ones Stripes.

The logo can have a connection with the zebra. Earning Stripes communicates mainly through the use of the font Ubuntu and uses the colors blue, orange and green. Our core values are: energy, nature, inspiration and growth.

Waarschijnlijk maak ik sowieso geen kans meer, maar ik voelde me verplicht om dit recht te zetten en de eer bij mezelf te houden.
Ik heb een eigen interpretatie getekend van de zebra samen met een berg (die overwonnen moet worden om je strepen te verdienen) en dit alles in de kleuren van de Zuid-Afrikaanse vlag. Dat laatste is misschien niet per se nodig.
