A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs


It must be a sleek and unique design. Wine is a traditional product and it should be reflected in some way. It is also important that it is not like the other bottles of wine. It has to be innovative, trendy and elegant because it is a new product. The product has been cooled and is named YS. This should include a name and logo that fits especially on a bottle of wine. With YS we mean chilled or chilled in English so think of 14 degrees. Not Ice Cold or an iceberg that's the wrong association. Pinot Nero is Pinot Noir in Italy and the target group is mainly young professionals. Think of people from the age of 25 who will earn a little more money and are willing to pay a little more for a bottle of wine. The product must be reasonably high end but still affordable. Compare the target audience with Suit Supply. In fact, only the name YS is certain, which is short and strong and this must also be emphasized in the bottle, logo, and design.
It is therefore important that YS can be read. There may be a sentence such as chilled out of chilled for perfection or in that trend.
Furthermore, it should not look cheap and you have to imagine that this chilled red wine will be drunk at large weddings, parties, and other big events.

Beste Douwe, hierbij 2 ontwerpen voor uw wijnfles. Voor beide geldt: ontwerp in zilver, (chic, koele kleur) benadrukt de naam en het koelen van de wijn. Het ontwerp is met tampon-druk direct op de fles gezet, zonder etiket/label. Ook de blauwe fles benadrukt met zijn kleur de naam en de gekoelde wijn. Het mooiste zou een matte donker-blauwe fles zijn, in contract met de glans van het zilver.Op de achterkant kan een klein etiket, met de naam Pinot Nero en de ondertekst. Het logo staat midden onderin op een donker vlak, om het beter te laten zien. Voor huisstijl of andere uitingen op witte ondergrond, zou er een mooie schaduw onder het logo kunnen. Een blauwe fles spreekt mij niet zo aan het ziet er namelijk niet echt elegant en charmant uit. Verder is het niet echt high end maar zeker uniek! Het is nog ver van wat ik voor ogen had
