It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

We are the real estate club of HEC Montréal: ImmoHEC. At the time we created the club - 2 years ago - we built up a logo in a hurry. Now we realize it doesn't reflect the dynamism we want to promote in our club.

Company description

ImmoHEC is the very first student-run real estate club of Quebec. It's mission is to create bridges between HEC students and local real estate insiders.

Target group

We actually have two target groups:

1) Students in business administration (18 to 30 years old)
2) Canadian Real Estate Professionnals

Thus, it has to be dynamic but also classy !

Colors, favourites and other requirements

Black/Grey/Dark Blue/White (you don't have to use it all)

The logo has to include our name written as followed : "ImmoHEC"
The logo has to include our catchphrase which is : "L'immobilier de demain"

For creativity purposes, we won't include our old logo. However, try to get inspired by the joint photo. (HEC Montréal's frontage)
