It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

My nursingpractice wil be named “De olijfboom”, wich means “The olivetree”. The olivetree represents welfare, compagnonship, health and fertility. It represents also strength and wisdom. If the olivetree is damaged by fire or frostbite, even if the stem is destroyed, it will keep growing persistently, loyal to life, directed to the light. Olivetrees are given as a gift to celebrate new beginnings: birth, marriage,…

From this symbolism arose the name: to help people to crawl back up after sickness, to help them stand back on their own feet, to find their strength back.

I’m looking for a logo that is fresh, not to busy or over-abundant. I love pastels or colors that seem bleached by the sun. I want the logo to represent the symbolism of the tree. The logo must not be too serious but not too playfull either. I would like “De olijfboom” in a bigger font then “verpleegpraktijk”. Often nurses are represented by a green cross, you are allowed to incorporate it, but it’s not obligatory.

The logo will be used als commercial, press-work, cards.

Ja!!! Kan je het een lichter tintje grijs maken? En lettertype kiezen voor de tekst die ietwat minder enthousiasme uitstraalt, een beetje meer ingetogenheid?

Dank je voor het ontwerp maar vind het toch niet zo geslaagd. Zou je, zoals je ontwerp van de huisstijl, een kaart kunnen maken, ongeveer 11 op 22 cm. Zoals je dat groene blad hebt gemaakt, maar dan in een grijze achtergrond, met bv "Veel sterkte" op?

Heel goed ontwerp! Maar kan je de O die je nu vervangen hebt door het kruisje, misschien toch erin verwerken? Ik ben bang dat mensen het nu gaan lezen als de lijfboom... Design is top, kleuren en font vind ik erg geslaagd.
