Could you please try a lowercase font like (for example this one I really like here : www.innotravaux.com), keeping the yellow "inno", the black "travau" and the black and yelloxw "x" ?
And baseline : "Vos travaux de rénovation en toute confiance"
Regarding the very nice design "iT", maybe just avoid the slight offset by aligning the shapes and keep the same thicknesses every time.
