Needs

My new company is a recruitment company - but different. The name is The Floor -
(ALL CAPITALS?) as the company is not about me but about YOU (the candidate). I wil help YOU to find a new role - Right person at the right place.
The floor - as the floor is yours (candidate central) and the floor means with both feet on the ground - (no corporate attitude but real focus on you)
My first thoughts would be to show a floor with a spotlight - which can be used as a Logo as well in ppt presentations. The logo should show that I will give YOU the floor.

Thanks for your design - this looks in my opinion too much like a theatre which is a different ball game - let's keep it basic

HI thanks 0 I think you mean a star on stage but that is. not the reaction my friends have when I asked them (more a telecom signal). I like the star but maybe simpler
