It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs


From January 10 to 15 the National Holiday Fair takes place in Utrecht. At this fair we have a relatively small position of 3x3 meter reserved. As a small, innovative start-up, we want to present & sell (cash & pin on the stand) the Trace Me Luggagetracker in a "guerrilla marketing"-like manner to 120,000 visitors.

We need three (related) things: 'stand/booth design','flyer consumers' and 'business-to-business flyer'. The premise of the communication must be A - making clear the problem of lost baggage at airports (3000 bags an hour), B - the Trace Me luggage tag offers the solution. Simple, at one single glance, everyone should be able to understand. Below is a brief explanation:

"Design of Booth" - There is no budget available to a professional standard setting to build a booth. Moreover, a standard stand attracts little attention. We are therefore looking for an original proposal for the design / design of the stand. We have a corner position. Two walls of each 3m (width) x 2.5m (high). Perhaps something on the floor, surface 9m2. Walls can be (partly) printed, we can work with separate banners, etc.. We could be able to fill the booth with a lot of suitcases so the problem of lost luggage is visualized. Lost & Found counter. Etc. .. We are open to many creative interpretations.

"Consumers flyer '- in line with the communication of the booth should be an A5 flyer to be designed in a way so that consumers are being expalined the problem of lost baggage, Trace Me presents a solution and possibly on the back just answers to possible questions (five frequently asked questions are available). In addition, call to action with a special offer (normally EUR 14.95 each. Now 24.95 for two, or 59.95 for five).

"Business to business flyer - Front is almost identical to the consumer flyer. At the back we explain that we offer private label versions of the luggage tag (see attached file).

Company description


We are the importer of the original Trace Me Luggage Tracker, the traceable luggage tag. When a case is likely to lose the owner receives an email and text message containing the location of the suitcase. Trace Me luggage tag is the only world that is integrated into the systems of IATA worldwide in more than 95% of the airports are used.

Briefly described the proposition of the Trace Me Luggage Tracker:
Every hour of the day 3000 bags are getting lost at the airport (source - SITA Baggage Report 2011). A large proportion of these cases can no longer be traced to the original owner and ends in one of the many luggage auctions (5x per year in the Netherlands Schiphol auction Diemen). Trace Me Luggage Tracker is a luggage tag that makes the suitcase traceable. Once the case is at risc of getting lost, the owner receives a text message and email with the location of the suitcase. Additionally the Trace Me luggage tag is not showing any personal details of the owner (no risc of thieves breaking in at home), it only shows a barcode.

Hierbij ons voorstel voor een stand. Simpel en uitnodigend. Mensen moet nieuwsgierig gemaakt worden om langs te komen. Mocht dit in de smaak vallen, zullen wij met alle plezer de flyer maken.

Beste Robin, Bedankt voor jullie voorstel. Ziet er prachtig uit. Het bagagelabel zelf (zie onze website voor product en afbeeldingen) dient echter nadrukkelijker getoond te worden.

Op basis van recente feedback van producenten van beursstands, dienen wij daarnaast onze opdracht te versimpelen - zodat deze nog op tijd geproduceerd kan worden: Ontwikkelen van een tweetal flyers voor gebruik op de Vakantiebeurs. Uitvergroten van de eye-catchers uit de flyer tot groot-formaat (specifiek formaat) waarmee stickers en roll-up banners kunnen worden geproduceerd.

De label die nu gebruikt is op de stand, kan natuurlijk vervangen worden door uw eigen label.

Zal ik op basis van deze ontwerpen ook een A5 flyer voorstel doen?
