It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

We want a complete new homepage design that really shows who we are: fresh, modern, social and clean. We're also looking for a color that matches with the color of our logo. Our site shouldn't be too pink.
Besides that, there are some separate remarks:

- Productbox needs an update: addition of FB button, Twitter button, better count-down clock and more info should move (see attached example)

- We need a subtle switch somewhere on top of the site to our other portal, 24Groupdeals. It looks exactly the same as 24Daydeals, only in a different color.

- Addition of a drop-down menu with choice of country

- Addition of button to subscribe to our newsletter

- Social slider at the left of our site can be deleted but we still need social media buttons to stay social

- Leave some space between header and the deals so you can put some information there. Think of a FB promotion image, a video or a section with updates/news

- Site should be tablet friendly

24Daydeals is a young start-up that shows the 24 best daydeals in the United States in an overview. 24 hours, 24 deals: just quality, no shit. Therefore it's a site that saves you time and money.

What we want to say:

- We're fresh, modern and social
- We're clean (that's why there are no ads)
- We're here for our visitors

Target group

Men and women between the age of 21 and 40.

- LivingSocial (except the background images, that makes it messy)
- Yipit

I like what you did with the boxes and the width of the site. Header is not exactly what I was thinking of. Same goes for the background combined with the boxes. Checkout Appsumo and get inspired from what they have, more fresh and young.
