What We Do

We aim to fix your computer, laptop, iPhone or other equipment at the best possible price, with the best possible service in the best possible time. We only use new, high quality parts to repair your devices and offer a warranty twice the length of any of our local competitors as well as national ones such as PC World. We support both home and small business users with anything from Virus infections, broken screens, network problems to data recovery and many things in between.

A Bit About Us

We believe that the customer deserves the best possible service. We endeavor to bring you competitive prices backed by the best possible after sales service. TechRescue was established in 2004 and as of 2012 have repaired and upgraded some 15'000 computers from the Aberdeen area. Since opening for business we have seen some big changes in the field and endeavor to remain up to date with our offered services. We offer a wide range of services to home users and small to medium sized businesses. Our senior engineers have each been repairing computers for the best part of 20 years and with this wealth of experience to call upon you can rest assured that you, your' computer and your' data are in safe hands.

There are no premium rate numbers, no automated phone queuing system and no techno babble aimed to confuse. When you contact us, we will do our very best to help you and advise you on your options. We will speak in plain english and do our very best to explain as much or as little as you wish. We offer a 6 month warranty (twice as long as most companies) on all of our repairs so you can be sure that if you have any issues that you will not be left on you own. All repairs, upgrades and system builds are done here in Aberdeen, so unlike some of the big national companies we will not send your PC hundreds of miles away to a central workshop, you can speak directly to the person working on your job.

When you book a job in with us, you will be given a job ID number, you can use this to track your repair online, using our Job Tracker page, or simply phone us for an update. Will will also automatically update you via email and text as your job progresses. We keep a record of all work carried out and this enables both us and our customers to be able to recall any details up about past jobs.


Here To Help

You can visit our repair shop during our opening hours either for advice or to pickup or drop off a PC. We are quite close to the town centre, just up the road from Aberdeen Central Library. To the left is a map of where we are.

There's ample parking around and you can normally get stopped right outside the shop. If you want a lift in with any heavy equipment, let us know and we will help you in with it.
