layout is designed in 960 grid system (http://960.gs/). most websites are designed in this system these days. I tried to keep it simple and clean. i have used subtle textures you can see if you see it is actual size.

Width: 960 (content area)
header, footer, banner background extends full width of screen. It would be better if you ask to put location map and address in contact page with contact form. hope you like it

something went wrong while saving file. copyright section at bottom is same as top navigation now it is blank. sorry for that, contest ended cant upload correct one.

Our collection tab is a drop down menu that will have all the categories list filter. jquery can be used to make smooth slide down menu with fade in-out transition (example http://www.instantshift.com/demo/dropdown_menu/)

Load more button loads 6 more products when clicked. these were in my mind when designing.

There is no problem to add other features like live chat, maps if you want.

I have one suggestion for you to include a form that says Didn't find what i am looking and submit button somewhere in the home page. this will let you know what your customer is looking for and you don't have it.
