This is an ICT company, focussed at delivering System Integration services onboard large ships and offshore installations. This is a startup with the ambition to become a mid-sized international (global) organisation.

There is a focus on reliability, continuity and flexibility with customer satisfaction as the core focus.

The name should not be limited to the offshore industry or shipping since the services are also suitable for on-shore organisations. However, a nautical link will be appreciated.

Due to the long-term strategy, polular current terms and elements are discouraged (ie "cloud", hashtags, "e-", "i-" etc.) unless this can be interpreted as unrelated to a temporary hype.

The name does not need to mean anything specific;
The name needs to be usable on an international basis;
The domain name should be availiable in at least nl and com.
The current working name BoardSIS (On-board and System Integration Services) is excluded from this assignment.

Company description

Startup ICT integrator. This means that we will deliver ICT products and services including audit, design, test/development, implementation, migration, training, system administration and support. All this will be done with a special focus on the unique aspects appliccable to the shipping and offshore industry.

ICT integration mostly applies to IT infrastructures. Mostly this contains server systems, networks, desktop systems and technical application support. It does not involve software or application development and also does not include navigation or bridgesystems.

Core values for us are: involved, driven, reliable, personal and authority.

Target group

Offshore industry, like offshore platforms, workingvessels etc. Also the large trans-ocean vessels like container or freightcarriers. All customer contracts and contacts will be dealt with through the shippling agencies who want to have more transparency in their costbase and who want to innovate their ships.
