Company description

We are an online platform (community) where you can select your own lifestyle coach. Based on the intake form the coach will make a whole program to reach clients destination.

With our platform you will have insights in your progression, contact with your lifestyle coach, actual nutrition and training schemes, your own app etc.

We have also a B2B focus on personal trainers. They can use our software to manage their clients. Think about making appointments, schedule nutrition plan of training schemes, contact with their client.

Denk ook aan 'take it easy'. Laagdrempelig, alles op je eigen tempo. EZ online.
Voor de bedrijven doelt de naam ook op het makkelijk vorm kunnen geven aan tabellen en plannen waardoor er effieciënter gewerkt kan worden.
