Avon = rivier/Nova = nieuw. De woorden zijn een palindroom (keerwoord) van elkaar. Qua beeld vind ik dat mooi. De gedachte erachter is; een rivier zoekt haar eigen weg al stromend (zelfsturing). Nova staat voor de nieuwe manier van het beoordelings- en beloningssysteem.

De accolade is het teken dat aangeeft wat bij elkaar hoort (het haakje tot verbinding). Beoordeling-beloning. Ik zie hier ook de verbinding tussen mensen (geen hiërarchie) binnen een bedrijf. De accolade zelf (het teken) is denk ik ook mooi te gebruiken in een logo voor 'Teal Accolade'.
