A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

SeniorenTAB is an organization that focuses on supporting people participating in today's digital society. We do this by, among other things, developing specialist products. For example, we currently have a tablet and smartphone for seniors.

We are working on translating the concept of seniorenTAB into a general product line that does not focus at this specific target group. Think of digilliterate, less abled people, visually impaired people and people who do not feel directly addressed by the term seniors. A help desk is linked to the product which the user can contact on a daily basis when they have questions.

We are looking for a distinctive international name for this product.
