It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

Pretband de Mexicano's is a young energetic brass band. We play on (major) events, celebrations and during the carnaval. We established in 2002 and made a simple logo ourselves(see annex).
Our name is derived from the snack "Mexicano" (http://www.devriessnacks.nl/resources/internal/file_views/933/2_Download_Productbeeld_Mexicano.jpg )and actually has no connection to Mexico. However, Speedy Gonzales is presented in both our current logos, whether this is reflected in the new logo I leave up to you.

We are looking for a sleek, modern and fresh logo for our website (www.demexicanos.nl) and preferably a stylized (vector) version of the logo for the imprint on our clothes.

Hello Contest Holder,

Here is my logo proposal. I made it a Logo with a party feel... and also used Mexican colours that feels so happy and welcoming and exciting. I guess this is a proper logo for you.

Here is my logo proposal,
I made a typographical type of logo. i made it clean and elegant logo that is easily understood when being seen. I incorporated a brass instrument on the Letter P.

Thanks for your contribution. I like the style, some feedback:
- "de Mexicano's" is more important then "Pretband"
- maybe it's a bit to chic for our kind of band, it needs some more party-elements
