An updated version here. The grey area was a shadow. I used rather often to add appeal to the design Sometimes it doesn't do the task.
Yes, there' won't be any issues with how the logo will display in different environments. If you decide to go with my design, you hasve to possibility to first check on how tha logo work before releasing the award. You're pretty well covered agains any unpleasant surprises.

It all started with an idea...
A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.
Brandsupply is a platform where creative professionals and businesses collaborate on unique projects and designs.
Clients looking for a new logo or brand identity describe what they need. Designers can then participate in the project via Brandsupply by submitting one or more designs. In the end, the client chooses the design they like best.
Costs vary depending on the type of project — from €169 for a business or project name to €539 for a complete website. The client decides how much they want to pay for the entire project.

Great!
What do you mean with: "you have to possibility to first check on how the logo work before releasing the award?"
Well, once you pick a winner, there's one more stage. The winner uploads a logo package, in which he delivers the source files. After you check them and think they're OK, you validate the logo package and so the award is released to the designer. If not, the designer comes up with an updated version of the logo package. Hope it makes sense.

You're welcome.

Hello, the version required for review(the arrows shorter than in the other variations). Slight adjustments. View full, for some reason the preview appears a bit grainy.
This looks good, except the grey area beneath. Please remove. I will use this logo in every social media, small & big... will I've any problem with this.. for example the pic will be onsharp?

Thanks for the feedback!
Here's some 3 variations. Sorry, I can't chat in Netherlandish, yet go ahead and provide feedback in your native language, I can deal translation pretty well.
The blue one looks fine... will decide in the end of this week
