Hello @Oene, here is my design with simple and clean font composition , the "pin" on the "i" can be changer with a pizza shape, colors can be set according your preferences.
In this case, color code feels warm, fresh and traditional
The "Z" letter can be used alone, with this symbolic of coffee smoke and italian word feel
