Design a professional graphic identity for a dynamic startup!

Needs

We are a young HR-consultancy company (www.wayfinders.be). We already have a logo which we want to keep. We made a template for presentations, which we are using now, but we would like to have 1 corporate style for all our templates, presentations, offers, documents and communications. We also would like to make a banner for events.

In annex an example of a slide we use in our presentations, but we are open to all new ideas! It is important that our logo in the current colours is kept and that the corporate style matches this logo.(Orange: HEX FA803D - RGB (250,128,61); Dark grey(text): RGB 81 81 81).
We would like to have the original source documents and colour codes, advice about fonts would also be nice!
