Webpages for questionnaires

Needs

I would like to have a design for some webpages. On each page a questionnaire will be described. Furthermore, the questionnaire at issue can be downloaded as a PDF from this page. The design of the webpage has to be applicable to every page (except the homepage).

The web design should have associations with "quality". The design should be applicable for some years ("timeless"). I want that people can approach the website through my LinkedIn profile. Thus, the design should have some similarities with the house style of LinkedIn.
