Adjust homepage (1 page) telecom website

Needs

The homepage of https://eensim.nl is in need of a redesign.
The requirements:

- the same style as is used on the website currently should be maintained
- the current homepage will be moved in its entirety to a new url (the 'comparison' url)
- the homepage should become a sort of landing page
- on the homepage, the visitor should be presented with 2 options: go to the comparison url, or go to a url on which subscription renewal options are presented
- in addition, there should be space for
* a piece of promotional text ('why choose Eensim')
* a (visual) promotion (f.ex. 'free with every order...')

- the homepage should especially become visually appealing, while for the visitor it will be very clear what his next action should be (i.e. compare subscriptions or find good deals on contract renewal)

- in the design our mascotte can be used (download from https://www.dropbox.com/s/8vwz03b1iagy89n/Character and Bonus 1.psd?dl=0). Note that our mascotte may only be used for the purposes of this competition.

- a couple of ideas:
* our mascotte on the homepage, with the 2 options as buttons in/near his hands (2 options being 'compare' and 'renew')
* two big, beautifully designed buttons with the options, with our mascotte next to it/them
